Mural Paintings by BLU
Berlin still has many of these urban gap sites and those naked walls became an attractive playground for the "who is who" in street art from all over the world. Especially in Kreuzberg you'll find graffiti and murals all around. Both murals in the picture were painted by an Italian guy named BLU. BLU is well known in the street art scene and he exhibits all around the world.

South Entrance Hall of Berlin’s Central Station
Berlin is where old meets new. This is particularly true if you take a closer look at the city's architecture. Berlin's Central Station by architect Meinhard von Gerkan is an impressive example of modern architecture. The new main station was build on the former site of the Lehrter Bahnhof which had to make way for something that is more representative.

Berlin Bear Meets Twin Towers
Clearly, the bear is the heraldic symbol of Berlin, as you maybe know. Bear statues can be found all over the city. This one in the picture marks the entrance to the Arena complex in the district of Berlin Treptow. You see, the bear is framed by a modern office building. Those are the so-called Twin Towers which are in close proximity to the Arena.

Cherry Blossom in Berlin
The stunning beauty of the cherry blossom is arrived in Berlin! It is the major tourist attraction these days. Finally, the winter seems to be over and sweet Mother Spring is back. The spring is a time of new beginnings and to celebrate. Use this precious time for a walk under the cherry blossom canopies and experience Berlin in full bloom. Enjoy it! It won't last forever!
